About the Role
As a Fabricator, you’ll be part of a skilled team assembling and finishing aluminium panels and components for high-quality façade systems, working ork on a diverse range of projects, including:
✅ Aluminium Cladding & Battens
✅ Perforated Screening
✅ Decorative Fencing and more!
This role includes aluminium welding work, interpreting shop drawings, and operating fabrication machinery in a safe, organised, and fast-paced factory environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings and project details
- Fabricating, assembling, and finishing aluminium panels and components
- Carrying out aluminium welding and joining tasks in line with project and quality requirements
- Operating fabrication machinery such as saws, drills, rivet guns, and welding equipment
- Ensuring welds and finished components meet quality and visual standards
- Keeping your work area clean, safe, and well organised
- Handling materials carefully to minimise waste and damage
- Supporting apprentices and working collaboratively with the team
- Following all PPE, hot works, and safety requirements at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in aluminium fabrication, welding, or a similar trade environment
- Aluminium welding experience (TIG/MIG) highly regarded
- Ability to read and work confidently from technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- A positive, team-focused attitude with good communication skills
- A strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
- Flexibility to work in a casual role
- Reliability, accountability, and a genuine desire to do great work

- Quality and consistency of fabricated and welded components
- Minimal rework, defects, or weld repairs
- Completing tasks safely and on time
- Care and efficiency with tools, materials, and equipment
- Strong safety compliance, including PPE and hot works procedures
