Lennox Facades is building a team of A players — skilled, reliable, and safety-focused individuals who take pride in their work and deliver results. We’re currently hiring Carpenters, Trade Assistants, and Apprentices to support our growing site teams across South East Queensland.
We have two key opportunities available:
· Cladding & Bondor Panel Installers for commercial and residential sites
· Modular Home Builders for a dedicated modular construction project
Role 1: Carpenters, Trade Assistants & Apprentices – Cladding & Bondor Panels
Work on-site installing pre-finished aluminium cladding and Bondor panels. You’ll be part of a skilled team delivering high-quality finishes across SEQ.
Key Responsibilities:
· Install aluminium cladding and Bondor panels to specification
· Read and follow installation drawings and site instructions
· Operate hand and power tools safely
· Maintain a clean and safe worksite
· Support tradespeople and contribute to team productivity
· Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements
Role 2: Modular Home Builders
Join our modular construction team at a separate location, assembling and finishing modular homes with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assemble modular home components according to plans
· Install flooring, wall panels, and fixtures
· Operate tools and equipment safely
· Maintain quality and safety standards
· Work collaboratively with the site team

· Experience in carpentry, cladding, modular building, or general construction

· Ability to read and follow technical drawings
