Lennox Facades is a leading manufacturer of architectural aluminium facade systems. Based in Narangba, we pride ourselves on precision, safety, and quality. We’re currently seeking Casual Fabricators to support our growing production team.
The Role
As a Fabricator, you’ll be responsible for assembling and finishing aluminium panels, interpreting shop drawings, and operating fabrication machinery. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where safety, teamwork, and attention to detail are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret shop drawings and project specifications accurately
- Operate fabrication machinery (saws, drills, rivet guns) safely and efficiently
- Assemble and finish aluminium panels to quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Handle materials with care to minimise damage and waste
- Support apprentices and collaborate with team members
- Follow PPE and safety protocols consistently
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in aluminium fabrication or similar trade
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Safety-conscious mindset and familiarity with PPE requirements
- Willingness to work flexibly in a casual role
