About the Role
As a CNC Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC router machines used in the production of aluminium facade panels. You’ll work closely with the Factory Manager to ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Set up and operate CNC router machines for facade panel production
· Load programs and materials, perform test runs, and verify setup accuracy
· Monitor machine operation, make adjustments, and troubleshoot issues
· Maintain a clean and organised workstation
· Perform regular equipment checks and log maintenance
· Follow job dockets, labels, and nesting diagrams accurately
· Report material defects or machine issues promptly
· Adhere to safety standards and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience operating CNC router machines
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues efficiently
· Good organisational skills and housekeeping habits
· Reliable and proactive approach to maintenance and reporting
· Understanding of safety protocols in a factory environment

· Panel cut accuracy (minimising reworks)
· Completed panels per day
